As spring 2024 approaches, we’re reaching out to confirm that we’ve reserved a spot for your project on our schedule. With the weather turning more favorable (typically by mid to late April), we’ll be gearing up to kick off our season and will keep you updated on the timing specifics for your project at that time. We’re just as eager as you are for the warmer weather!
For projects that aren’t weather-dependent, such as repairs or certain paver projects, we’ll be able to get started sooner. If your project falls into this category, we’ll likely be reaching out to you soon.
If your project involves repairs (at least $400 worth), we’ll prioritize completing the repair portion first. The cleaning and sealing phases will follow subsequently.
Here’s what you can expect once we’re ready to begin:
1️⃣. Cleaning Phase: We’ll contact you to schedule the cleaning process once you’re nearing the top of our queue. After this step is completed, please anticipate a brief wait time of 2-4 days (in some cases up to 1 week) before we proceed with the rest of the project. During this period, we recommend storing your furniture in the lawn or landscape beds, or in your preferred nearby location.
2️⃣. Sanding and Sealing: Following the cleaning phase, we’ll return to complete the sanding and sealing. This typically takes one day to finish. Plan to keep foot traffic off the pavers for 24 hours and vehicular traffic for 48 hours following completion.
Please note: We have designated repair, cleaning, and sealing crews. Projects involving repairs may involve up to 3 crews, while projects focusing solely on cleaning and sealing may involve up to 2 crews. Once our season commences, we’ll keep you updated with periodic progress reports regarding your project’s status in our queue.
